Some questions before starting the process are:

  • If you are experiencing a very prolonged feeling of sadness, overwhelm, restlessness that does not seem to improve either with your effort or with external help from family and friends. If you have problems communicating or identifying internal states and that causes discomfort in your relationships.
  • If you are continually worried, feeling threatening situations where there are none.
  • If there has been a traumatic event that you cannot overcome and blocks you from your daily activities.
It can last from a few months to several years, depending on the symptoms and the person's resistance. Each therapeutic process is unique and will also depend on the person's psychic resources.
When after a few sessions you begin to feel better both mentally and physically, sometimes it takes several sessions to connect with what is happening internally.
The session lasts between 50-60 min.
