Psychological attention
for adults

We believe in individual psychotherapy as a fundamental element to gradually understand our internal world, our emotions, our history, our wounds and conflicts. Also as a powerful restorative tool that allows us to understand this internal world, put words and accept.

Anxiety

Anxiety appears as a natural defense system or mechanism in the body. In principle, the body responds by becoming “alert” to a situation that it interprets as threatening and that is accompanied by symptoms such as nervousness, palpitation, and numbness in the hands or feet.

We can help you identify previous warning signs, triggering thoughts, and also name and verbalize them. We focus on generating the person's own tools and resources. As well as understanding what is underneath the triggers for that episode.

Self-esteem problems

When we have an inadequate assessment of ourselves and therefore our image, there may be a self-esteem problem. Sometimes these can be associated with different symptoms and pathologies.

People with self-esteem problems are going to be more demanding, they are going to evaluate and analyze what they are doing more, always from a critical point of view, and they are going to be afraid of making mistakes. If you are seeing yourself reflected in this and have been experiencing this feeling for a long time, contact us.

Mood disorders

Mood disorders are emotional alterations that can occur occasionally due to a traumatic event or situation, professional or personal crisis, or grief.

There are phases in which there are great peaks of joy with great emotional declines. If this continues over time and you can't get out alone, contact us.

Mobbing

There are irregular situations at work that have an impact on the person's usual psychological functions. Sometimes there does not have to be verbal or physical aggression, the person is simply ignored or undervalued.

Vertical harassment, or bossing, can also occur. It is difficult to identify these situations and sometimes get out of them. If you think you may be going through a situation similar to the one described, contact us.
